Prayer and Fastiing Testimony (2nd April 2017)
Gonzales Sisters

The Gonzales sisters have another answered prayer. The sisters have been with the church for almost 5 years already and they have been part of the Young Adults group since then. They have been praying for a lot of things including citizenship, jobs, healing, licence, cars and house. All of these have been answered because of their consistent praying. But once again, they have been blessed with another answered prayer during the Daniel Fast.

Their mom was diagnosed having a possible malignant tumour in her right breast but with consistent praying and diligent fasting, their mom undergone a surgery to remove the tumour and found out the tumour was not malignant.

"We have been with the Young Adults for more than 4 years now and we have been doing the Daniel Fast ever since. Together with Ate Cathy and Kuya Steven, we have been praying for a lot of things and these prayers were answered. It is just 4 years yet there are a lot of things God has already provided us with so what more 10 or 20 years down the road. If God can do a lot in 4 years, he can definitely do a lot in your life for more than that." Tetta Gonzales said.

Bro. Eduard Dela Rosa Testimony (9th October 2016)
Bro. Eduard Dela Rosa felt God’s mercy and power when he asked for the right woman to be with him.

Eduard and his wife Ailene are new members of the welcome team. He is already in charge of transportation for members who need a ride to and from church and has been an active CLG member since being invited by The Salva family.

He migrated in Australia in 1997 and was in a Catholic family as an altar boy. He lived in Earthly ways and done things without thinking of the consequences and this includes relationships that did not last long. It struck him in 2010 when he asked God for a woman. Not too long, his prayers were answered when he got in touch with Sister Aileen, his High School classmate. They were in a 4-year long distance relationship, which he thought was impossible to last. He visits Aileen in the Philippines every year. It was not easy but God shown his mercy and gave Eduard a partner who brought him closer to Christ.

Aileen was brought up in a Christian household and because of her influence, Eduard got into the habit of going to church with her.

It was February of 2015 when The Salvas invited them to church and 4 months later, they are in CLG. They have been active in church activities ever since. July 2015, our senior Pastor conducted their marriage and brother Eduard was baptized in 2015 CLG family camp.

“I am now in a relationship, which I know will last as God is in the center of our relationship. We still encounter problems, trials in our relationship as there is no perfect one but gave me a weapon, which is written in Proverbs 18:22.”
