Alpha is a series of interactive sessions that explores the basics of the Christian faith. It creates a space where people come and discuss life’s big questions – What am I here for? What’s the purpose of my life? It is specifically designed for people who do not describe themselves as a Christian or a regular churchgoer.

Alpha started in the UK in 1977. It has been running in various places like churches, schools, boardrooms, and some of the world’s toughest places since. It runs in 169 countries, and so far, over 29 million people have done it. It has 15 sessions plus an introductory session to the Alpha Weekend and typically runs over 10 weeks.
